In particular, in opinion of scientists, the most positive factor became signing Montreal report 1987 according to which developing countries have undertaken to reduce half consumption and manufacture chlorine-fluorine-carbon by 2005 and by 85 % - by 2007. It is considered, what exactly chlorine-fluorine-carbon - the substances used in aerosol cylinders and by manufacture of refrigerating machineries, - destroy an ozone cloud.
Anyhow, but experts have come to conclusion, that since 1997 an ozone cloud, except for space above poles, has stopped to decrease. Now there is its(his) gradual restoration. Researchers of the different countries converge in opinion, that the ozone cloud outside of poles of a planet is gradually restored. By different estimations of normal thickness the blanket of a planet outside of poles will reach(achieve) by 2040-2060. As to an ozone gap above South Pole its(her) disappearance will borrow(occupy) more time, however it(she) nevertheless decreases.
As then prime minister Michael Kasyanov has informed in 2002, since 2001 Russia has stopped manufacture of the substances destroying an ozone cloud, and plans to liquidate all similar production till 2006. As Kasyanov has declared, Russia observes requirements of the Viennese convention on protection of an ozone cloud and the Montreal report on the substances destroying an ozone cloud.
